Discover Bridge of Allan 2026 AGM

We’re delighted to announce our Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 20th April 2026 at 6.30pm in the GP Room of the Allan Centre, Bridge of Allan.

The AGM agenda will include:

  • Chair’s Report

  • Presentation of Accounts

  • Special Resolution: Adoption of OSCR Approved Articles of Association

  • Election/Re-election of Directors

  • AOB

  • Close

All are warmly welcomed.

Please note that if you are an Ordinary Member of Discover Bridge of Allan, you are entitled to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf at an AGM if you are unable to attend. Should you wish to do so, please let us know and we can advise as to procedure. We require a request to appoint a proxy to be lodged with us no less than 48 hours before the meeting is held.
